I first met my good friend Lauren Rudick a few years ago while we were both living in the same Costa Rican town. She was actually my neighbour and over the course of the winter, eventually became great friends with myself and each of the friends I was living and travelling with. Over the past four years, Lauren has become a world-renowned yoga instructor, running teacher training programs all around the world. In combination with over a decade of studying yoga, spirituality and growth, she is easily one of the most warm-hearted people you will ever meet and certainly has some great perspectives to share.
